St. Michael’s has over 400 pupils aged 3 to 18 years, set in 15 acres overlooking the Gower Peninsula. The school has an excellent academic reputation throughout South West Wales, with traditional values of discipline and good manners at its core.

St. Michael’s is predominantly a day school with a small boarding element appealing to UK and International students. Attended by Jak and William Broadway, the Broadway Family have themselves experienced the wealth of support the school offers.

Fostering Academic Excellence

At the last Estyn inspection St. Michael’s School received the following praise: “Pupils of all ages have a very good attitude to learning. They are exceptionally well motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.”

St. Michael’s is a local school with a national reputation, consistently listed in the UK top 100 Independent Schools for A level results. They have regularly been placed first Co-Educational Independent School in Wales for GCSE results, at times achieving a remarkable 80% at grade A and A*. Almost all of the schools sixth form pupils go on to the universities of their choice. St. Michael’s School also have a long tradition of sending pupils to Oxford and Cambridge.
